Herbal item to clear up sinuses? ?

Question by Unas Slayer of the Gods: Herbal item to clear up sinuses? ?
I tried this on item at the mall which cleared up my sinuses. It was like a hot pad that your breathed in the fumes of and it immediately. It kind of smelt like flowers.

Does anyone know what I am talking about?

What is the name of this product?
