Question by bserious: Sinus Issues!!! Anyone know a good home remedy for clearing my sinus?
I think i have a sinus infection…no fever yet just for the past 2 days an itchy red nose that is either running down my face or is extremly clooged up…i also have been sneezing. I am so clogged up right now i have tryed peppermint tea and also putting vicks on tip of nose….what else can i do at home to help unclog my nose?

I use a Neti pot when I get congested like that. This is a device you can buy at any health store that will clean out your sinuses by rinsing them out with a medicinal salt. It flushes the bad stuff, like pollen and bacteria so you get over your cold/sinuses quicker.

it is weird but it works… Get some luke warm water and add salt until is very salty….they try to put it in a spray bottle and spray inside of your nose…also do rinse your throat with it…
Trust me it works.. give it two days tops…you will feel the relieved immediatly…do as many times you can

Use lots of black pepper in ur food.
do steam inhalation every night.
dont wash ur face/hair with cold water_use lukewarm water.
Get some meds from CVS.

Eat spicy food if you can tolerate it. Chinese food and really spicy hot sauces trigger nasal drainage for me and I get relief. Also, tilt your head over a sink with hot steamy water and inhale steam. Directional head tilt helps to relieve pressure on the sinuses and promote drainage. I leaned this from a doctor.
Also, get yourself a sinus rinse system at the store and follow the directions. Worked for me.
